Le roi est malade

BOUGE at KLAP Maison pour la danse ended with an inspiring sharing. From the theme that was given as a starting point: Là où la légèreté est donnée, la gravité ne manque pas (Maurice Blanchot),  we jumped into an exploration of how voice can invade the musical realm of a scene and vice versa, and a little story emerged, all of which we titled: Le roi est malade et la guerre est imminente. La situation est grave. A huge thank you to the 33 inspiring dancers, 7 composers, 3 régisseurs son and 6 lighting designers that made this encounter fabulous.
